Dutch genealogy search and find Dutch ancestors
Genealogy Search
The NedGen spider is a robot that stores the complete Dutch genealogy (not just keywords or metatags, but all) content of your genealogy homepage (names, surnames of ancestors, dates, places, familytree, pedigree) into the selected NedGen-index. That way all your Dutch genealogy information is searchable by other users. That includes surnames. At the same time that robot spiders your homepage for any genealogy links on and outside your Dutch homepage also. Those links (and the complete content of those pages) can be added in the second and following spidering-runs. The genealogy indexes grows with more and more surnames to search with the engine while you spider. You control that spider. You control which genealogy URL's will be indexed and which won't. As soon as you've added your genealogy pages with the spidering robot, you and other users can find all the information on all the pages you've just indexed. They can even - great spider eh? - find the information at the same time you are spidering it. That's what I call Real Time Genealogy Site Spidering. In case you've updated your genealogy pages, just spider those pages again. The new content of those pages will overwrite the old content automatically and other users can search them based on the new genealogy Information. The search engine also has German, Danish, Belgian and Norwegian genealogy information.
